Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air

CenterPoint Energy found a small natural gas leak on the "owner" side of the meter (so small it hardly made a bubble) while doing their inspections. They shut off our gas without notice, and we had to quickly find a plumber to get it fixed. Tiger PHVAC sent John out within 15 minutes of my call. He had the issue resolved and was SO helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Tiger for PHVAC needs. Thanks again John!!

City came to do a regular maintenance check of our gas meter and smelled gas. She called Center Point to come out to double check and they found 3 areas, one of which they were able to tighten. The other two needed a plumber to come and fix. After being ghosted by another plumber who asked for a prepayment, we called Tiger. We’ve used Tiger in the past for our furnace installation and so I gave them a call to come help us out. Dustin and another plumber (forgot name, so sorry) came out to save the hectic day we had been having. They both were prompt and on time, super polite, professional, very clean and wore booties. They tag teamed to make sure everything was done perfectly and finished in the time frame they gave us. Center Point Energy came back out to check all the areas and said everything looked really good!! No more leaks! This company was hassle free and was able to give us an estimate over the phone with pictures which helped us know what to expect. Thank you so much Dustin! You and your partner turned a stressful day into a calmer evening. I appreciate that!

Sergio dida great job and explained what needed to be done and to bring us to code. Very friendly and outgoing as well. This is the 3rd time we have had Tiger out to assist us with our plumbing issues and they have always performed way above expectations. Recommend them highly.

Cade did a great job! Got the job done efficiently and took the time to explain what he did during this annual maintenance. Tiger installed the new furnace a year ago and have been thoroughly pleased.

I had a leaking bathtub faucet. Plumber from Tiger claimed no parts were available to fix the faucet and told me I had to replace the faucet for $1200. After performing a little research on the internet, I was able to find a replacement cartridge at the local hardware store and was able to repair the faucet myself for about $25. I am left with questioning the competency and integrity of this company.

Carlo was absolutely awesome. He showed up on time, very friendly and informative to talk through my AC system. The issue at hand turned out to be a plumbing issue which Carlo was able to quickly identify and call up the Tiger office for someone to stop by with the right tools to fix it same day. Big thank you to Carlo and the rest of the Tiger team for fixing our floor drain issue same day. Bonus points for giving our son a little Tiger stuffed animal that he is now obsessed with. Great customer service.
