Once at the house, they were extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave us great peace of mind. We specifically wanted licensed electricians to install a Tesla Wall Connector, and they did an outstanding job—fast, efficient, and high quality. After you contacted them and scheduled work with them, they will send out a text message to confirm. Then, they will send out another text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Casey and Allen were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. Before doing anything, they will inform you in details what they are going to do. They respect the house and cleaned up afterwards. Most importantly, they were good at debugging problems. My house has some "strange" electrical set up - nothing is as straightforward as it seems. Casey and Allen took the time to debug the issues and come up with solutions. They went over everything in details so that I can make an informed decision. Everything, include the prices associated with each, is clearly stated. They are my go-to electricians!

⚡️STOP SCROLLING⚡️ If you need an electrician—CALL S&G Electrical NOW. Casey & Allen are hands-down the BEST electricians I’ve ever worked with. They came to fix my doorbell transformer, realized it was simple fix, and since they don’t charge hourly, instead they charge by Task Price, I paid almost half of what other companies had quoted. Who does that anymore?! And here’s the most impressive part. My simple fix ended up being a bit of work… The new transformer that I bought off of Amazon turned out to be broken so they waited while I ran to Home Depot to grab another one—no pressure to buy theirs. They double-checked the voltage to protect my ADT camera (apparently people fry these all the time!) and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. And charged the original agreement. $69. A month ago I had another company come out and charge $175 for the most simple fix. I had replaced/updated 5 of my electrical outlets but 1 did not work so I assumed there was a deeper issue with the wiring of that specific unit. The electrician did say the wiring was wrong, had made me pay before they did anything, and then explained that all they had to do was switch 2 wires~ the red went where the black went and vice versa. As a result I was very anxious going into this fix today because I thought it was going to break the bank. Casey and Allen did not have me pay until the work was done and they knew the problem was solved. Professional. Honest. Kind. Fast.
