Good company, but I didn't find a way to work with them.
The building holds many medical offices. The front door is NOT accessible for the disabled. It requires assistance because of the weight. I personally brought this to the attention of the Timmy group three years ago. No response or regards given.
My doctor office is here and they are really great he's a heart doctor
Nothing bad to say about Timmons Group or their building! Good location, plenty of parking, helpful front desk on the third floor, and plenty of food options in the area.

Timmons Group is a medium-sized, multidisciplinary engineering firm that has surveyed and designed an enormous percentage of Chesterfield County. They reach to many other states now and are known for their high quality work (especially in transportation).
One of their surveyors accessed my property without permission. Bad social practices. Never replied to my voicemail. BJS
