Worst service experience I've encountered. I had a single tire that had a small puncture that needed repair, from a female traveler who was stranded that I was helping. I arrived at this location the single tire, 15 minutes before closing, and the manager and one service technician refused to help. I left and went down the street to a Tires Plus that was closing in 5 minutes and they gladly assisted and got the tire fixed.

I recently relocated from Central Florida and was on the lookout for a trustworthy auto repair shop. I had the pleasure of meeting Verderrick, and it quickly became clear that he possesses extensive knowledge of automotive service along with exceptional customer service skills.
