Excellent customer service. No issues with this utility company. Anytime I need information or clarification on a bill or my usage, they are responsive, friendly, and helpful. I did not renew with this company as my renewal rate was higher than others I had shopped, but if the rates come down in the future, I will consider them again.

I did not get the stated "savings" from this company as compared to my local companies -- PennPower for electric and Columbia Gas for my natural gas services. It was fun accumulating "points" to redeem fot gift cards and playing their monthly trivia question, which was accessed via a monthly email. However, the lack of savings was not offset by the entertainment value. The best part of the experience was talking to the service rep, Martin, at the end of the contract to revert our services to our local service providers. He was pleasant and courteous. Martin efficiently executed my request and provided me with the confirmation numbers.

Very helpful & kind. Excellent rates. I compared many suppliers and Tomorrow Energy was #1 among my comparisons across the U.S. Providing clean energy to my Ohio residence is an awesome service. I recommend them to all as their energy supplier.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS BUREA RATING 1 STARS. They sold my account and now I can't cancel. My bill has exceeded $300 the past few months when it has never exceeded $180 EVER. Last mo th was $430 and we only have two people in the house with gas heaters in the winter. Disgusting

I had a problem with signing. with Tomorrow on the Electric Choice website. I called and spoke with Sebastian who was so courteous and helpful. He explained the problem and we made the corrections needed. I am so grateful for your customer service and Sebastian. I look forward to having you as my provider.

Oddly enough, I'm writing this review having just cancelled my account (contract was ending and I found a better rate elsewhere). Regardless, I've really enjoyed having Tomorrow Energy as our provider. They've been nothing but helpful, professional, and we never had a single problem with them for the entire two years that we used them. Definitely sad to make the switch, but in this economy - we have to follow the better rates. Hopefully someday we'll be back! Thank you, Tomorrow Energy!

Giving 3 stars because I'm not sure about the sales agent that came to our door...there was record of some email address that I never used so I am hoping there was no funny business going on. Also, the rates were not lower than my original provider rates, so I was kinda disappointed with that. However, when I called to cancel, the representative was very kind and helpful. She even waived the cancelation fee for me which I extremely appreciated. So she is the only reason I didn't give 1 star instead.
