I was able to find a make a lamp kit at this store. The people working there were helpful and courteous.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The store manager at this location was extremely unprofessional. Instead of providing help, they spoke down to customers in a rude and dismissive manner. On top of that, the store manager appeared to smell strongly of alcohol, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. A manager should set the standard for customer service, but unfortunately this behavior left me with a very negative impression of the store. I hope the company addresses this issue so future customers can have a better experience.

Nathaniel was so amazing today! Not only did he boost my morale after a sink plumbing issue I had but he physically sat on the floor and showed me what I needed to do to fix the problem with the plumbing parts I brought in!!! I can't tell you how much it meant to me. I am a very satisfied customer, the quality of service here is above and beyond!!

They have stepped this store up in several ways but appreciate the personal type of service they regularly deliver. I give this local store priority in hardware needs for convenience and experience. The effort shows.

Brought STIHL blower in for tune up. Said could not start and needed new carburetor which ran fine prior. Wanted $180 for new carburetor but recommend a new blower. Stated not worth putting money into my 7 year old blower. Charged $22 for diagnose fee. So brought it home. Replaced spark plug for $8 runs great.

Nate the Great. The Store Manager Nathen in this location is amazing. He is very patient and works very very hard to take care of every single Customer. He has done 14 lock rekeying for me and every time i notice how he treats every single customer with respect.
