I highly recommend Total Power Installations for a whole home standby generator install. They were knowledgeable on the subject and explained all the steps needed to make the installation a smooth experience. The process was turn key and they managed the electrical and plubming/gas hookups completely in the project. They were timely and responsive to any questions/requests. The work and planning paid close attention to code requirements and they took care in doing a job with aesthetics in mind. After the install, they did a walk through and explained the operations and what to expect during an outage as well as going over some basic trouble-shooting and maintenance schedules.

Their estimate was reasonable compared to costco and others, plus we installed it 50 feet away from the house. Chris was very responsive and knowledgeable, it is their family business they’re expert at this. They also keep genrac in stock, so we got it installed few weeks.

I want to thank and recommend Tho and His crew at Total Power Installations. First they gave me a very competitive price and beat out all the competitors. Second, They provided a timely delivery and installations along with making sure the permits were in place and up to code. Once the installation was completed they provided a demonstrations and operating instructions. They also provided troubleshooting instructions. They also provided the warranty for the equipment. In order to make it a one stop shop they also provided maintenance on the equipment to keep it running efficient. Fortunately where I live there is high winds and maybe two weeks after install the power went off for about two hours and the generator kicked in without a hiccup. The generator powered the whole house and we did not miss a beat. Thank you total power installation.
