Trademark Heating and Cooling

They installed a new mini-split heat pump in my house 2 days ago. So far, this is the most comfortable the house has been since I bought it last year. The temperature is nice and even, and the noise is virtually non-existent. The installation process was fast, efficient, professional, courteous, and convenient. Will definitely contact these guys again next year, when I want to get the same kind of work done on my detached workshop/garage.

When our furnace stopped working, we chose Trademark Heating and Cooling to install a new unit. The process was smooth and easy - from the office staff, to the technician who evaluated the problem, to the sales guy who provided prices and answered questions, to the technicians who installed the unit. Everyone was professional and pleasant, and we had no concerns about having them in our home. We are very pleased with the service we received from Trademark, and would definitely recommend them!

Kenny came out right on time and had that rare mix of customer service skills, technical knowledge and communication skills that helped us understand the problem, see our options and understand some next best steps. Plus $39 for a tune up was a steal! We are thankful we had them come out to check out our boiler and now plan to have them look at our water heater.

We had some issues getting the electricity on our houseboat to work properly. Shout out to Travis! He was very professional, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I highly recommend Trademark and if you need any electrical work done, Travis is a great electrician!

He was great and put bootie covers on right away as he entered the home. He was kind, effective, and gave great advice based on the age of our furnace. My husband and I were happy with his work. Highly recommend him!

Nick did a great job with our furnace and air conditioning tune-up! He introduced himself right away, was very kind and professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was—and that he wore booties to keep things clean. Excellent service all around!

Josh came out to give me an estimate on changing out 2 old kitchen lights for new ones. He was able to do the work right then so I told him to go ahead. He did a great job and I would absolutely recommend him .
