Trek Bicycle Oklahoma City

The team is super helpful with my tune ups and bike cleans! Bought a Madone from Trek and then a little bit later they sent me these awesome stickers with a nice letter about being an awesome customer! Super cool idea!

The staff was super helpful when shopping. My husband was looking for bicycling shoes. We were told we could ship them back & had 30 days to return them. We told them we were from out of town. They ended up not working. He called to ship them back & get the wider one. They didn't have that one. He stated he would just ship them back & requested a refund. They stated that they had to have the actual credit card to do the refund. WHAT? We live 4 hours away!!! We had to drive back to OKC to return them. They should have told us that detail. It's very hard to believe in this day age their system can't accept the credit card number typed into their system. Is this a Trek policy or store policy.

Mike was super helpful and took the time to explain how to work the gears on my bicycle and which pump to purchase. Every time I've stopped by, their customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend this place, i drive almost 40minutes to them, because of how good they are.

loving the shop since it was schelgels. i had a flat and didn’t pack an allen wrench. i limped into the shop minutes before they closed. these folks saved my afternoon ride. wonderful people. thank you ❤️

I came in about 2:00 one Friday afternoon with no appointment. My 2020 checkpoint front brakes were not working and the rear derailleur was really sloppy when gearing down. There were five persons working, two mechanics, two women, and one man overseeing the operations and all were busy.They did a quick look at my bike and said because of the brake, the bike would probably need to stay for awhile, maybe a day or two. I mentioned that I was from Lawton an hour away and there was a bike race for seniors at Lake Draper the next day. They said they would keep working on it and see what they could do.While I was there for the next two hours, I observed how helpful and friendly all five employees were to everyone that came in the door. Their professionalism far surpassed the other bikes shops I have been to in recent months. In that short time, they sold three bikes, one helmet and some accessories AND fixed my bike. I was soooo impressed. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone without hesitation. Job well done everyone!

place was horrible and the bike tech said i didn't need a tire. 100 miles later big bubble on the sidewall but the bike co-op in Wichita was awesome and gearing up for my winter Texas tour
