Amazing service! Broken carbon rim. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years. Recent experience (5/24) was the best! Thanks for the loaner wheel, I was back on the trail enjoying the afternoon many thanks to the Trek service team!

Sean and the other staff were attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They made my bike purchase as easy as possible by answering all of my questions and offering advice. My experience at Trek made me want to return for future purchases.

My husband and I love to go to this store! The bikes are top notch and easy to daydream having them all. I got a pair of road bike shoes at a great price and at check-out they discounted them more based on a promotion. But THE BEST part is the friendly, knowledgable staff. They make sure you have been helped and never pressure for a sale. They let the quality merchandise and bike lovers inherent love of all things bikes do the selling! Of course if you have a question, they will help and make recommendations.

Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a bike shipped from an event from the east coast and forgot to give a heads up. They were able to re-assemble and get my bike ready quickly for pick-up. I also appreciate the messaging of inclusion at their store . . . it really helps during these trying times for marginalized communities.

I used to go to Steve’s bike shop at Altadena. But the fire destroyed the store. First time visit this Trek store at Pasadena. I thought the gear needs adjustment because it can get stuck when shifting. It turned out that the plastic protective disk was broken and loose. It can get stuck. The technician fixed the problem really quick. And tighten the brake cables. He did not charge me and get me out in 10 min. I’m very appreciative. They will be my go to store for my bikes.

I absolutely love my new bike. I’m a beginner, no clue what I’m doing but when it comes to Faye, the customer service is top tier. That type of professionalism is hard to come by. She was fantastic. She watched me ride and suggested to lift the seat to prevent future knee problems. She even showed me how to get on the bike so I didn't look like a complete goof. Beginner problems! Thanks, Faye. Ask for her if you’re looking for a bike. If she’s not there that day, ask when she’ll be there. You won’t regret it.

I bought my very first mountain bike this pass weekend. And Trek Pasadena was super helpful in getting me on the right bike. I went in to get a Fuel EX5, but they didn’t have one in my size, so they gave me a Fuel EX7 for practically the same price. They really hooked me up. Thanks Trek Pasadena
