Trek Bicycle Store Chattanooga

I’ve had my Verve 2 for a year now, best bicycle I’ve ever owned. The best part of owning it is the unmatched customer service and support I receive from the Chattanooga, TN store. I can’t say enough about them, individually or collectively! They answer every question, solve every problem related to my riding needs, and provide exceptional service and technical support. Hands down the best Trek store from Alabama Tennessee and Georgia and I've been to Trek stores in each state. The service, knowledge and customer focus at this store is so good, in fact I drove 2 hours to bring my bike there to be serviced after having only been there once before 3 years ago and the service is still the same. The other Trek stores are so high minded , if not condescending, that interpersonal skills are not evident. Only one other store comes close and that is Tuscaloosa. Condescension runs off younger customers--your future revenue source. People will want a great bike but should not be made to feel as if they need Bill Gates money and a working knowledge of nuclear physics to enter the store.

I had a great experience purchasing a bike from Trek Chattanooga. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The bike is exactly what I wanted and is of high quality. I will definitely recommend Trek Chattanooga as a place to go for great products and services.

My wife and I stopped by on a whim as we'd looked at a couple of Trek bikes back in Memphis a few years ago. Here in Chattanooga, where we now live, we were greeted by Ryan (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly). He was low pressure, informed, took us for a test ride, was patient, and super friendly. He is the reason we decided to go ahead and invest in them!

I was greeted immediately walking into the doors. The associate, Ryan listened to my needs, and after measurement picked out the best suited bikes. After choosing my bike, he placed the trailer hitch attachment on, and asked his lead technician to ensure it was done correctly as I will be pulling children in a bike trailer. He also looked at my hitch to ensure the bike was appropriate and I was able to purchase all my accessories and the team adjusted and installed at the store before leaving. It was a smooth buying process and I felt that the team was there to assist and ensure all was good before leaving.

Exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to Steven in particular. Helped resolve an issue with my cycle prior to a competitive event I was participating in the next day - took time to adjust and tune the gearing system to ensure smooth and optimal effectiveness. Great shop with helpful, knowledgeable and skilled service team!! The whole store team seemed very friendly and ready to help in any capacity.

Came in with my son for a tire change soon before they closed and they were able to squeeze us in and got it done quickly! Spoke to the owner, sorry I forgot your name but you were so nice and thanks for being so welcoming ! We are new to the area so will definitely be back for our bike needs. Thanks so much!!
