The whole job from start to finish was above and beyond what we expected. Other companies were very pushy and didn’t want to explain things in detail. He walked patiently with me through the process for months until we could secure a small loan and get going. The installation crew finished a day early, and the finished product is extremely clean. This not only helps our church practice good stewardship of the environment but also sets us up to save on energy costs in the years to come. Overall a fantastic experience for what can be a stressful process.

The purchasing of solar panels via Trident Renewables was flawless. Nathan did an excellent job laying out the process and costs. He even found us a better financing deal than the one initially offered. Nathan also went that extra yard when we were having significant issues with the installation company (Roofio - not recommended by us for their poor project management and communications).

I have had several interactions with Trident Renewables, particularly with Nathan Hagstrom. Nathan helped me out when I was purchasing solar panels, and again when I had to replace my roof. There were few issues that came up, but anytime there was an issue Nathan handled it quickly and had a prompt resolution. Excellent customer service and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

I picked Trident because a neighbor got panels a year ago and has had a great experience. I wanted someone I could trust and have been pleased so far. Install crew is tremendous and friendly. Waiting to see our first power bill. My neighbor just had the battery installed and is pretty much off city power. I did this getting ready for retirement, power is not going to get cheaper. Nathan is tremendous, knowledgeable and kinda fun to listen to, you’ll understand when you meet him.
