Trout Electric

I had a Tesla level 2 charger needing to be installed in our garage. I reached out to several local electrician spots and while a few of them offered lower quotes, the phone call I got from Trout was fantastic. They walked me through everything I needed to know over the phone and presented their quote, which was higher than the others. We chatted a little more and they were able to wiggle some and bridge the gap a little, which was appreciated. The quote they sent also included additional information such as what potential rebates may be available and how to make the overall installation cost better. This already felt like they were going above and beyond compared to the other places I reached out to. On the day of the install, Matt and Antonio arrived early within the two hour window that was provided during quoting and were very professional the entire time. They made the entire thing a simple as possible while also educating me on what they were doing through each step in the process. The entire project took less than 90 minutes, including the initial assessment. The actual install of the charger was less than one hour. After installation, they cleaned everything and made sure we were fully operational. Again, the service from Trout was phenomenal and I am glad I went with these guys over the other options.

The install team arrived in time and were friendly and professional ! There was some change in what they thought they were installing and what had been agreed upon in talks and pricing and they did have to run grab additional equipment but they did so very quickly and works non stop to accomplish the project with quality workmanship and a great final product !

Scott and Zach did an excellent job installing an upgraded electrical panel. Communication was excellent and the job necessitated coordination with city inspectors and Southern California Edison all on the same day as the install. It took a little while getting the permits and coordinating with the other agencies, but on the day of construction everything went smoothly and it was done within a couple of hours. Price was reasonable and we had a quote from another that was double what Trout came up with. Scott gave me the contact of their preferred subcontractor to complete the stucco for final inspection.

I rely on Trout Electronic for all of my home needs. The electricians are prompt, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They installed ring cameras around my home and indoor ceiling fans. There rates are reasonable and they well not penny and dime you for any small knick knack. They recently informed me of potential solar programs i can benefit from and I am serious giving it thought to it. I recommend Trout Electronic to anyone who wants a true quality electrician. I will continue to use Trout Electronic for all of my home needs. Thanks for a job well done.

Shane and Christian were awesome to work with. Both very polite and professional and installed our 30 amp RV plug in expertly. We will always call Trout Electric for any of our home electrical needs. Also want to recognize Matt and Antonio… super professional when they came out to our home to give us a quote on upgrading our electric box. We plan to get that scheduled soon, price was super reasonable! While they were there, we had them fix an interior GFI plug that had broke loose from the stud. Fixed perfectly! I will always use trout for any of our electrical needs!
