Tuff Shed Mesa

Our first experience with Blaise at Tuff Shed was when my husband ordered a custom shed for his man cave in 2022. It turned out fantastic. So when it came time to order up another custom sized shed for my husband's tools, I called Blaise. Kind, informative and worked quickly to get a mock up put together and a competitive estimate sent over. The installers were on time, polite, worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful of our property. They finished just in time before a big storm rolled in. From start to finish the shed is exactly what we wanted. Ed Arroyo w/ Tuff Shed sat us down and helped us design our shed. He made the entire process seamless. Delivery was only 1 week out. The shed needed to be assembled in our backyard so Tuff Shed sent their builders Jose & Victor with our prefabricated shed panels & trim. The builders arrived right on time and got to work and did a fantastic job. Overall we could not be happier with our new shed. We highly recommend Tuff Shed of Mesa.

We needed to replace our 20+ year old plastic shed on the side of our house. We have a Tuff Shed on the other side that has withstood the test of time, so when we had the means to do so, we knew that we wanted replace the plastic one with a Tuff Shed. Our experience with the folks at Tuff Shed was great. The sales experience was easily started online, and then Ed Arroyo was very helpful in bringing things together for us and answering any questions we had. He was patient with us as we dialed in our needs and eventually entered into the contract. On installation day, Enrique was there on time and did a fantastic job. The finished product looks awesome and is every bit as functional as we expected it to be. If there was a negative in any of this, it was the fact that they wanted to charge me $200 to move the shed 18" to its final resting place after it was assembled. I couldn't do it myself because I'm in a wheelchair, but I declined the service anyway knowing that I could get a couple of friends to do it. But then even that turned into a positive, because I told Enrique that I was going to call my friends, and he said that he would do it for me! Hopefully this doesn't get him in trouble with the company, but I was impressed, and it was very much appreciated. He was humble and very nice and represented the company well. Now THAT'S a young man who was raised right! The communication was excellent from concept to completion. Thanks Tuff Shed!

Their Sales & Design Consultant, Ed Arroyo, was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He went out of his way both in helping me with design option suggestions, as well in working around my hectic schedule to arrange the installation date.

I had configured a Tuff Shed online and a short time later, Ed Arroyo from Tuff Shed gave me a call and asked me a few questions on the design and helped me tweak it to meet my requirements. I went down and met with him and looked over the sheds. There was no pressure or hard sell, he just answered my questions and made suggestions. I called him a couple more times as I was deciding on two different sizes. After a couple of days, I zeroed in on my final config and we verified everything and got it ordered. The shed was installed last week and it looks great. The crew was experienced, friendly and answered all my questions. Ed followed up to make sure all went well.
