They've done a great job but most exceptional was Richard. He goes that extra mile to take care of his customers. He's knowledgeable and quick to solve problems. Turner Security Chattanooga is it better place because employees like Richard.

We absolutely love Turner Security and their crew . We use them for a multi location business as well as a corporate office and I love the customer service most of all. Clifton in particular has been INCREDIBLY helpful time after time. He truly cares about his job and is great at it. No matter what is going on he makes the time to help me (could be 2pm on a Tuesday or midnight on a Sunday!) and he’s there to help me through whatever issue I am facing. Thank you so much for everything you do Clifton and please never leave Turner!

Do not use Turner Security. We hired Turner security to be our security professional. The cameras recommended to us only record for 30 seconds and then they stop recording for a certain amount of time no matter what is happening. All the cameras don’t record consistently. I reached out to them on multiple occasions, and gave them the ability to rectify this situation or explain what was going on. I am now stuck with cameras that don’t work that I paid for and will have to go start this process over again with someone else.

Updated 9/22 from 5 stars to 2, responsiveness, knowledge & quality of work since TechCore took over have declined significantly. When they do show up, it's hours after scheduled appointment, without a phone call informing us of the delay. Or they just don't even show up at all, and don't call. I understand turnover and all of that, but a phone call would go such a long way to avoid having someone write a review like this. Funny though how we have no other options for the very expensive commercial camera system we have paid for. Original review: I have used Turner for 15 years for my residential security and over 20 for our two business locations. Any time we need something, they are always quick to respond and resolve and always so very easy to work with.

Adam and another young man (sorry I didn't get his name) came out and installed our new system. They were so friendly and professional. Jeremy is the one who first came out to evaluate what we needed and give us a quote, and he was also very friendly and helpful. I recommend them!

Richard was quick to assist with our security needs and very knowledgeable with diagnosis our system issues. Helping me understand how to utilize a system that was installed prior to me being involved with our property. You can tell he enjoys what he does.

Richard is awesome. Fast response and very knowledgeable regarding security software. You've got a great employee who can tell enjoys his job and assisting anytime when the need arises.
