Everyone was so nice and made my experience very pleasant. I came in and made a reservation the day before I picked up the trailer. The lady was very nice. The day I picked up the trailer the lady was very quick and nice as well. The gentleman that attached the trailer was quick too. When I returned the trailer both of the ladies were pleasant and quick. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely use this place again in the future!

In general, moving homes has its own number of stresses. Therefore, it really helps when tasks like renting the U-Haul are a smooth breeze. That was my exact experience when renting our moving truck. Reserving online was 123, and when we arrived to pickup the truck, the actual location was so warm and welcoming! From the kind and understanding reps to the inviting aromas. Starting the moving day so pleasantly really carried the energy for the day. Thanks U-Haul! We love our new home!

Rented a trailer in Tn. & returned it here. The experience was very smooth, the service was excellent. The Manager Angela was resourceful. Team members Mika ,Kris, Kim & De Andrea all contributed to a comfortable transition. I have even decided to store my goods in their climate controlled units.

Chris the manager is extremely helpful and kind. Helped us during the most challenging time in life, moving! We rented 4 trucks from them over a period of two weeks. Same great service and kindness shown every time!

Spoke with an employee and an assistant manager here who assured me my specific small SUV could have a hitch installed and pull a small trailer. They told me they looked it up on their computer. The total cost was $1700. Made it 6 hours with the trailer on my trip I could tell it didn’t feel right. Pull over to read my manual which I should have read before but you would think U Haul who helps thousands of people move every day would have the correct information, and turns out the empty trailer was all my vehicle could tow. Which means my vehicle should never have had a hitch installed in the first place because it was their smallest trailer. I called U haul they offered no help and I had to unlock my trailer and donate THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF MY BELONGINGS to the hotel staff so I could continue on my way without the trailer. 5 days to get only the trailer refunded, so I’m out $700 plus all of my stuff. I will NEVER use U haul for anything ever again they take your money and tell you anything with no regards to your well being or your cars well being during an already stressful move.

Do not go to this location the staff was great at the beginning but holy shit was i wrong informed them multiple times I AM PAYING CASH multiple times and was told when I get back to inform them that I was and they wouldn't run my card so I get there and instantly they run my card as we are walking inside the store... thank precede to inform me its my fault well I recorded the conversation and this is gonna be the fastest dispute of my life... ridiculous

Rented a small trailer and the employee who helped us had zero customer service experience. No greet and walked away as we asked a question. We left and the trailer was bouncing around violently. Seemed to have a problem with the axel. We turned around, went back to see if we could exchange the trailer. The employ who assisted us first said it was normal and that they all do that. (Lie). The maintenance guy in the back came out and took it personally that we were asking them to change trailers. Huge attitude problem and the manager didn’t say a thing. Her excuse? "Staff is that way with her too." Don’t recommend this location, staff have horrible communication skills.
