This staff is very helpful and genuinely kind!! They stayed longer than they had to for me to run home get something and comeback after hours!! They are the definition of customer service! I recently had the pleasure of visiting uBreakiFix, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional! Went in to replace the back of my phone. Took almost 3 hrs but I am happy to have my phone fixed same day! Mathew was super friendly and made the process easy!

I took my device in on a Monday for repair, and was told it would be 3-7 days for completion. The following Monday I called to follow up because I hadn’t heard back from back from them. They stated that it would be another week because the part wasn’t even ordered until that Thursday. The repair was a birthday gift for my son so I needed it that Monday at the latest. They agreed to a refund and I ended up reaching out to several other electronic repair companies who not only quoted me a sooner time frame but a vastly cheaper cost. I chose one and got it repairs for almost half the price as well as in one business day. My issue around the turn around time was not the misquoted eta, but the lack of communication for a longer time, as well as the order for the part being placed 4 days after drop off. Also, the difference in the price compared to the competitors was an issue for me as well. I do however appreciate the fact the agreed to the full refund. It would be a good idea to check around with competitors prices to gauge rather your prices are competitive. Also, better communication with your clients when something unexpected arises.

I was helped by a lovely gentleman named Jonathan. He was so amazing, he was fast, so polite and probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. My phone was ready on time, and I had no issues receiving it. However, he helped me out at the Grand Prairie Location, but he normally works in Cedar Hill. I highly recommend seeing him or using him for your next fix. He was so great to me. I will now drive all the way to Cedar Hill just to work with him personally. He was an amazing employee and made my experience really lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with a battery replacement for my laptop. However, I recently discovered that the bottom of my laptop is cracked, one of the screws are stripped, and my CD-ROM door now shifts up and down and is loose. Although my device is functioning properly with the battery replacement, I must say the handling and care of my device was not great. Thoroughly inspect your items before leaving. ***UPDATE*** Customer service reached out regarding this review and advised to take my device back to the location for inspection. Took the laptop back and left it for review. I was advised someone would reach out to follow up. Days go by and nothing. I called and was told the tech was out and would be back the next day and they would reach out. No one called. Followed up a week later and was informed the tech is working on it and the back plate is being shipped and should be there in few days or something and they will follow up with me. Days go by and nothing. At this point I decided to just go to the store. Did so and was advised that the back plate was being shipped and would take up to a month to get in. Asked about the CD-ROM door, and I was questioned if it still works and/or do I use it. Yes it is used. I was told it is still being looked into but would be replaced at no expense to me. A day later received a call from the store advising that the broken things would not be able to be fixed being that I bought the battery and that my plan was canceled. I could only accept the fact and advised that the technicians/employees should not recommend getting a plan just to have cheaper cost and to buy your own part considering the cost and time it would take to get the parts. NO mention at all of the 12 month warranty not being honored if you buy the part(s). In short, read the details for yourself, don't be persuade by what sounds "cheaper and more beneficial", and just take the time to do the work yourself if you can. If not, you'll be in a "theyBreakUfix" situation. My laptop was in extreme mint condition only having a minor dent on the corner from a bag drop. Everything worked and was in perfect condition but that . . . smh. #theyBreakUfix
