These guys are the best at what they do. Adam has a awesome crew, they are always patient and they are very knowledgeable, they will get you what you need if they dont already have it in stock. I would recommend Durham united refrigeration to anyone in the business!
Great customer service. They really helped make sure I was getting the right parts and gave me some extra helpful tips.
Not the best way to treat a customer. They just hanged up on me and were unwilling to help me. Too bad for them, because they got a bad review, and lost a valuable customer. I run an appliance business and wanted to buy a compressor for an LG three-door stainless steel refrigerator, but very impolite they were just not willing to help me.
Adam does a great job. He is very knowledgeable and always takes care of our company promptly. Highly recommend.
Poor customer service, rushing you off, rude behavior. Store manager was aggravated due to training a new employee. I have used UR for years. I Will not shop at this location anymore.
