We really enjoyed working with Universal, we can say enough great things about them! They were timely, professional, and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical work to be completed at their home. Robert our technician was exceptional. He did amazing work and ensured that everything was done perfectly. Ed was also very helpful in getting the project organized and scheduled. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I had the pleasure of working with Universal on a project recently. My Customer had specific requests and we relayed that to the office (Carolyn) and she made sure to obtain all details needed to help the process move quickly. Customer was very pleased with the workers, and the work they requested more to be performed. Without hesitation, Universal quoted and again back to site quickly to complete. It was awesome working with them and they kept communication in every step. Cant wait for more work in the future with Universal.

We at the Portage Center for the Arts had UPS install our new A/V setup for our theater. Not only did the do an expert job at installing the items, they made sure that all wiring they did was as hiden as possible. It looks tremendous. We knew what items we needed and how to setup our equipment, and UPS came in under budget and was prompt in getting the install done. We are very pleased with their pricing and with the professional job they did on the install. I highly recommend them for any of your audio and video needs.

Universal Power installed a charger for our new Chevy Bolt. They were very easy to work with. They promptly responded to my request, gave me an estimate within a few days, and installed the charger a week later. Our house was a pretty easy install (200 amp service with available space, a short run from the breaker to our parking spot). They hardwired a Grizzl-E charger to an exterior wall next to our driveway. Chevy covered the entire cost of the install, so I never even received a bill—it was sent to QMerit as a "Standard Install". All in all, I’m very satisfied with their service. It made the whole EV transition super easy!

From the first contact with Carolyn to set up the estimate, to the scheduling with confirmation contacts, the project completion, and the follow-up call making sure everything was perfect. They are nothing but professional! The technicians were on time, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was right before they left. You can't ask for better service than what Universal Power & Systems provided.

From start to finish, working with Carolyn and Ed has been amazing. I was finishing parts of my basement and needed lights, outlets etc. in two new rooms. I had a hard time finding someone to even answer the phone, when I finally found Universal: Carolyn answered the phone right away, made the entire process a breeze and sent out Ed, the technician, for an estimate the same day. Ed is a super fun & dedicated Professional who answered all my questions, really knows what he is doing and delivers exactly as promised. They are now my go-to-people I will call if I need an electrician again in the future.
