Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Once again you can not beat it. The girls and I love to find s good deal. And being its 2025 and all the politicians are celebrities and elite and basically nothing is affordable.... Urban Air Trampoline park offers a deal that rivals all others. For only $11.99 you can let the kids run till their hearts content and they get to enjoy state of the art(i use that term very lightly)trampolines and more the kids get the ultimate experience for only 12 bucks and some change. The food and beverages are a little steep and lacking in quality if youre looking for quality food. That being said all in all its a great place to take the kids to run flip jump tumble and most importantly laugh. And they dont even tell you but I found out every single purchase comes equipped with a bonus called a damn good night's rest. The kids will be wiped out and you'll get to play your guitar cause they go to bed early!! And it shall be glorious!

Love Urban Air, but will be switching to the Greensboro location. Got the summer pass for my daughter @ the Winston location & it just progressively went downhill. Not super clean & when things broke, they just put cones up or tried to tape it back together, some things left broken entirely. Employees just seem bored, my daughter had to play around them bc a few of them just sat in one of the play areas talking & on phones. I did end up sick following our last visit, as well, so pls be precautious. Photos were taken on 8/24/25.

Best Birthday Party Ever! We hosted our child’s birthday party at Urban Air and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The staff took care of everything — from setup to clean-up — and made sure all the kids were having a blast the entire time. The party host was so friendly and attentive, and the activities kept the kids entertained and active. The facility was clean, safe, and full of energy. All the parents were impressed too! Highly recommend for a stress-free, fun-filled birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be booking again next year!

Employees seem bored and disconnected from the kids, I think the extremely loud terrible music has them numb to radical nature of this indoor adventure park. - Well lit obstacle course with ball pit. - Wipe Out was working. - Sticky floors and table covers need a little attention. - Lots of safety cones on duty around the place. - Kids are enjoying it, they don’t seem to mind the mediocre vibe. - No Go carts or laser tag at this Urban Air, but it had a lil’ bumper car pit. - The track and harness connections on the ropes corse are janky, the customers under 75 lbs had issues navigating the intersections.

Took my grandkids there . First time they had a ball ,they didn't wanna leave . As we was leaving the asked when they could come back . I got them the membership for a year. Their parents too. Can't wait to go again.

So disappointing, I came here to celebrate my sons birthday and the employees had a bad attitude, poor customer service. Both paying for the tickets at the entrance and at the food court. I waited more than 7 mins for someone to come to the counter to order food just to be told the kitchen had closed 2 minutes ago.??? Mind you I had been waiting longer than two minutes for someone. She gave me icees with a sour vibe.

Me and my children love this place the employees and the managers is great and respectful and helpful and CP was a great help when we needed assistance. He was very respectful and resourceful. I recommend this place over greensboro, all the time. We have family membership here well worth it.
