I do not recommend this company. We hired them to install a commercial-grade parking lot solar structure, and we’ve experienced ongoing problems since the installation. The system has now been down for over three months, resulting in more than $8,000 in lost energy production. Communication is poor—emails go unanswered, and service only occurs after significant pressure, including legal threats. We receive no updates on repair timelines or resolution status. Since the original owner retired, service quality and responsiveness have declined sharply. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Avoid the hassle—look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend US Green Energy to anyone who is looking to install a roof. They did a great job and customer service is great and friendly. US Green will work with you and the crew got the job done in a timely manner. The crew arrived on time and each day they cleaned up the area. After talking with many companies for pricing, I'm glad I went with US Green Energy.

Alex and his crew did a great job on my roof this week! Their price was very reasonable, their work was excellent and expedient. They cleaned up the job site daily of debris and asked for feedback through the process to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I would use them again!

I ended up using the US Green after interviewing two other solar installers. I chose them based on their level of professionalism, knowledge, and competitive pricing. They also installed a solar system on my neighbor’s roof and he recommended them. They were very patient with me throughout months of shopping around and answered my every single question. Once the permits were secured, Alejandro and his team showed up quickly and took care of the job within a few days. My system has been up and running for over two months now and so far it’s been great. They installed the new Solar Edge inverter which has a built-in EV charger and Adrian walked me through everything. I highly recommend US Green.

This company did a horrible job on our solar install. Left broken tile underneath our panels which lead to the roof leaking. Got our roof replaced by them and left trash and broke a panel. It was an argument just to get that replaced. Our inverter broke during the process and was replaced with a new one and we have no way of monitoring our solar panels or output. Company won’t return phone calls after they got their money. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We would highly recommend US GREEN to anyone considering the installation of solar panels on their roof. It was an excellent experience, one worthy of their highly demanded service and expertise, WOW! After talking with three different companies, it was clear from our initial contact that we would choose to go with US GREEN to install solar panels on our roof. And now we may have US GREEN help us with our entire going green project and recommend them to my Mother and all Friends. This Company is that good folks!!! The entire process was seamless, from beginning to end. They put together an initial proposal based on our energy usage, offered a competitive (though not lowest) bid, submitted permit with the city, and proceeded with the project sooner than they initially estimated knowing that we wanted to complete it before we left on vacation. They worked around our travel schedule and followed up when we had questions time after time. 5 STARS!!!!! The Best You Will Get in sustainable energy Home Improvement these days!

U S Green Energy installed my 18 solar panels about 4 years ago but due to a roof repair that I needed to do I had them come back and remove the panels and the attaching hardware. They were great to work with and were quick to come over and get it done. About a month later after the roof repair I called to have the panels reinstalled. I asked about adding some more panels and they advised me that the system could handle 3 more panels that were even more efficient than the 4 year old panels. They showed up as scheduled and reinstalled the 21 panels and all of the hardware and tested the system all within about 8 hours.
