Valleywide Cooling

We had unknowingly had after market motor put on and they left the wires on the outside of the unit. The service manager did offer to come fix the wires due to we have animals and since these are live wires that can pose serious hazards if the wires fray I’m just floored that they do not have a policy of extending the wires to keep them safe. I got "educated" that they have done it this way for 35 years! I opted to have my husband resolve the issue and not have them come out again due to, yes, we were upset but definitely not vulgar in any way but I definitely didn’t want to invite this company back into my home after being told we were wrong. I can’t believe that they don’t extra wire on the truck to extend the "short wires" that come on the after market motors to prevent the potential electrical hazard when doing the initial job! This seems just lazy to me.

I found it to be a great experience dealing with Valleywide . They installed a new Ac. From the initial salesman to installation to after inspection it was seamless. Margaret, co-ordinated all appointments and was immediately available for any questions. I chose this company because they are a smaller business and I felt more personalized and they had great reviews with BBB as well as Yelp.

If I could give more stars I would. Came home today and it was 95 IN HOUSE (yay AZ heat!) my now ex warranty people were telling me 3 days. Called Valley Wide on recommendation of a neighbor. They were here in under 2 hours fixed the issue and rate charged was very reasonable!!! Tech Pete sent pic so I would know who was coming called to say he was on the way & was just a joy to work with. Seriously.... Why cant every business be this good! I will ALWAYS use them for my a/c work and strongly recommend!!

We had our AC begin to leak water and were in need of service. Our neighbor had recently replaced their entire unit and recommended Valleywide because they had a wonderful experience with them. After our service call, I can absolutely see why they came highly recommended. When we called for service we quickly reached Margaret at the front off who was amazing! She was sweet, friendly and incredibly helpful. They offered us same day service and also followed up to make sure our appointment had gone well. Our technician Pete was prompt, kind and resolved our issue quickly. I’ve dealt with many small businesses over the years and Valleywide is definitely at the top for the best. We were very very happy with the entire process. They are great start to finish and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

On Saturday, both of our 19 yo 3.5 ton AC units quit. By Monday we had four quotes, and Valleywide Cooling had the best price for quality units. By the end of day one, one new AC unit was up and running and by mid day on day two, both AC units were up and running. The lead installation tech (Richard Flores) was amazing! He went above and beyond, kept us informed, exceeded expectations w quality workmanship and service, and was exceptionally professional and kind. Thank you Valleywide!

We experienced issues with our heating/cooling system and contacted Valleywide Cooling for advice and assistance. A gentleman was on-site to evaluate incredibly quick. His analysis was shared in terms we understood and we requested the correction asap due to our booked travel plans. The very next day we greeted a crew and supervisor at breakfast time. Amazingly, they had the entire replacement system on their truck. They immediately began the retrofit and had made arrangements for a crane truck to remove the old equipment and install the new. This was the mark of professionalism and customer service! The entire retrofit was completed and functioning by early afternoon. We were absolutely impressed with the knowledge and experience of this Team. They kindly explained their actions with a smile and a pleasant attitude. We found the pricing to be very competitive and the service was priceless! Valleywide Cooling has earned the Number One position on our speed dial should we need professional service.
