Van Genderen's service and especially Brad's diagnosis and maintenance work during each visit is A+. They are honest and their prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality they deliver. Brad has educated us in the art of upkeep as well. We have been with this company for decades, and they always deliver top quality.

I highly recommend Van Genderen Heating and Air, they provide quality, experienced and professional employees and work! We have an older boiler from the 80’s and Brad and Ryan did a great job servicing and updating it so it continues to run smoothly! We also updated our thermostats because they still had mercury in them. Also, I really like that they are a smaller company which I have found helps maintain the quality of the work that needs to be done, which is all based on the experience of the technician(s) they send over. I’ve had 3-4 prior negative experiences with those other large companies that say they service my boiler, but they don’t have experience with older boilers and they have actually made the boiler run worse. We will definitely be working with Van Genderen in the future for all our HVAC needs, thank you so much!

Kevin and his crew of 4 others did an amazing job of installing our new HVAC system. They were very professional and considerate, from the sales to the installation, and made sure to do things the right way. They pulled a permit, and when the Greenwood Village inspector came by the following week, he was very, very complimentary of the installation and products used, and he pointed out numerous things which exceeded code requirements. That made my husband and I really glad we chose Van Genderen!

The tech Ryan was awesome and knowledgeable! He clearly explained what was needed to repair my A/C and patiently answered my slew of questions. He came the next day and was even early. The office staff Sarah was efficient and friendly. Initially, I tried another local company that referred me to this company, and I’m sticking with Van Genderen!

Technician arrived promptly at front end of 2-hour time window provided when I made the appointment. He was friendly, respectful and informative. He clearly explained the necessary replacement of a part and the possible consequences of not replacing it. Work was done in a timely manner.
