Had Sioux Falls Vanderhaggs put a used pack car engine MX 13 in my 2019 579 did an OK job got it back with two engine lights on it. They didn’t have the computer capability of figuring it out. I had to take it somewhere else and spend $3300 And they found a pin on a plug-in bent, which happened in the install. And the exhaust waste gate was froze shut. Spent $26,000 almost had a truck that ran with two engine lights on it.

Bought parts here twice now. Both time customer service was great and my items arrived safe secure and in a timely manner. Highly recommend for your used parts needs.

Amazing experience with Vander Haag's! Our company's Ford F-550's tool box wore down so much that the door wouldn't latch and the bottom was going to drop out (i.e. major hazard and extremely dangerous to other drivers). We dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon of the same day with a brand new and improved tool box. They even coated it for extra protection. Their pricing (including extras and such a quick turn around) was unmatched by other truck equipment and service companies out there. I highly recommend Vander Haag's! I bought a herd bumper from them. Went to pick it up the pin was missing and it was strapped to the pallet. Waited over an hour for them to find the pin for it which is a very important part because it holds it in place when its installed. I went to install it and both mounts were broken and the bumper fell off the mount. You could not see this when we picked it up due to it being in the folded position and strapped to a pallet. I called the salesman and he agreed to pay for the fix. I had it fixed and sent in the invoice and now they told me a salesman cannot authorize a fix to items purchased. I would never buy from these guys again unless you take an item off the pallet and fully inspect because whoever took it off had to know both pivots were broke off. They are a joke and just out to charge big prices for broken junk.
