After being out of the country and without a US phone plan for a few years, I stopped in yesterday to get a new plan and phone. I've been a Verizon customer for probably 15 years and Paul was the best rep I've ever worked with. He was knowledgeable about switching my service from Google voice, explained my options for plans and devices, transferred all my data to my new phone, help me set up new accounts, etc. He was professional and patient throughout the process, honestly can't say enough good things. The store was big and clean too. Definitely visit this store (and Paul), thanks again!

My family and I visited to upgrade a phone and add an additional line for my mom. We initially expected a smooth and simple process, but unfortunately, our first experience was more complicated and disappointing than anticipated. However, we decided to give it another shot, and we’re so glad we did. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Paul Walker, and the difference was night and day! From the moment we sat down with him, we experienced the level of customer service we had hoped for from the very beginning. Paul was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Paul was excellent! He came up with a creative way to transfer information from one device to another. I was so grateful to have his help. He didn't care that I wasn't purchasing anything and I just needed expert technical support and advice. I was a Verizon customer to Paul and he was willing to help me in any way he could. My wife visited this store helping her elderly parents get new phones. She had a great experience, thanks to Juan. He was patient and spent a lot of time helping them through the process. He took charge of every step of the process and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do whatever he needed. They came away with new phones that had everything transferred and working great (except for visual voicemail, for some unknown reason).

When I got in, I was immediately helped by Daniel. Before I could even get into the store, he was already holding the door open for me welcoming me in. He was very nice and helpful to me and my daughter. He took care of all my needs and I definitely recommend anyone receiving help from Daniel Soto specifically. He was very kind, very respectful and did everything possible to help me. Anytime I need to go back. I’ll be looking for Daniel to help me.

Zach was awesome. He helped me get all my billing issues fixed with Verizon and then help me and my whole family upgrade into new phones (got us all free phones). He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is now my new Verizon store. Ask for Zach, he’s the best Verizon representative we’ve ever had in our 25 years of having Verizon. Thanks Zach.
