When I came to turn in my old phone after I upgraded to the new iPhone 17 Pro, Trey was there to help make the process seamless. He told me about the iPad promo that I qualified for, and I had already been considering it... I told him I'd sleep on it and he gave me his cell number to let him know if/when I wanted to pull the trigger. I texted him less than a week later and told him I wanted it and could come pick it up today - he had it ready for me when I came in, walked me through setup, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10 service!!

Brody was great at helping me get my new phone! He was quick and efficient and made it so seamless. High recommend this store and him for your Verizon phone needs! Was able to get in and out of the store quickly and with my new phone up and running. Also was very personable!

I got a .new Google Pixel phone & it was way smarter than I. I needed to add my Xfinity account & after 2 or 3 friends tried, with no success, Devon McCormick figured out the process & I now have access to my email. Devon worked very hard to get my new phone all set up. He was so pleasant & determined & I really appreciate his working with me.

Fantastic personality easy to talk to answering any questions necessary. Attention to detail working swiftly making exchanging phones and the setup of new phones seamlessly.

I had some billing issues and came by the store to receive some professional help. Preston greeted me. He was very professional and excellent! He was extremely helpful. He saved me money on streaming services and was able to help me set up my nursing discount. If you want to save money this is the store to come to.
