Vern Eide Motoplex

I had an excellent experience at Vern Eide Motoplex. Matt was very personable and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and followed up with me to ensure I had all the info I needed. Took care of everything tobhelp my take my forst ATV home. I would definitely recommend Vern Eide Motoplex to anyone.

I had a very pleasurable experience at the dealership. Everyone was very nice and helpful. All paperwork was done in a timely manner, which gave me plenty of time to head back to Florida. Kat was very helpful and I was treated with respect. All the staff was very nice, and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Able to schedule service, and wait on site while it was finished. Not always an option in my previous experience. I saw a sign that they also offer vehicle pickup and delivery, which I may consider in the future. The waiting area was nice (good popcorn). Staff were friendly and helpful. The service took a little longer than expected, but the work was excellent and very complete, related to transmission/ transfer case lubricants, which must be maintained for optimum performance. The TV lounge was helpful-was able to log into a streaming service and watch a movie!

We had a lovely associate help us in getting our youngest fit with a new helmet. And knew her stuff!!! It was busy when we stopped in and she made great use of her time between all of us at the helmets. She didn't try to make us go above our price range and had great suggestions for helping the helmet grow with our kiddo to get some extended use. I forget her name but she was a doll. Thank you!!!

I thought the price was fair understanding you have to make money to stay open, so I was happy with that. Owen was very good. Only thing I might say is maybe a little more communication between the truck wash, service, and the sales team. Took a little longer than expected but overall, it was a good experience.

Awesome experience! Peter was a great asset and agent in helping me decide on the right bike to get! At no point did he ever pressure me into a decision or try to rush me to get a sale. I will definitely continue to return to this location. Everyone on the staff was friendly and very professional!

I am very pleased with my experience at Vern Eide. I got all my questions answered and some great information from Travis to help me get a new atv for ice fishing and plowing snow.
