Ken did an excellent job. He explained the operation, checked voltage from my generator, and provided information regarding gas and running the feed line clear to avoid starting issues.

We thought we had a major issue with one of our appliances not being the same power (amp) as our previous appliance. Ken quickly came up with a solution and put our minds at ease. Highly recommend!

Great communication, very timely and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. Installed electrical outlets on our backsplash and installed under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Would highly recommend for any electrical needs.

We were given the name of Vital Electric through a reference. We were looking for an electrician who could replace all electrical outlets of a recently purchased house. We also wanted to assess the entire electrical system internally and externally. Ken met with us and we discussed all our concerns. He explained that it would take 2 days one for the interior and one for the exterior/attic.We walked Ken around our home and he began to explain what he observed . He even found things that were not noted on our home inspection and we were so grateful for how thorough he was. Ken returned promptly and very prepared and began the daunting task of going room to room of this process. Ken immediately informed us of anything that seemed out of the ordinary, and unfortunately he found many-with this being an older home . Ken relayed all pertinent information to us, even telling us that our home had gone through several phases of renovation prior to us purchasing it. We are having Ken return after we are settled to replace existing and add new lighting fixtures. We gladly will recommend Ken from Vital Electric to our friends and family.
