Delivered to this place and once i got to the guard shack, they informed me i had to go to another place to get a contact to get authorization to enter the premises. So after waiting over a half hour to even get the contact info to get inside they then need a 16 digit number. Now we have to call our dispatch which now has to call the customer to get this number. This should have been DONE! The customer (which is volkeswagen) should have already had that ready for our dispatch. We got here at 1:30pm and are still here at 2:15pm waiting for a call back. We have a load we have to pick up in GA by 3pm. This place has now made us late to our next pickup. They definitely need a better system. We will be turning down loads for this facility in the future.

I mark it on the picture .. they put on my bol the load wasn’t received and they already have it in the warehouse and my truck was empty already, bad customer drivers treat. She was yelling at me . Uno de los lugares más desagradables para descargar y cargar supuestamente el material era urgente tenía cita a la 1 AM son las 6 de la tarde y apenas empiezan a descargar más de 17 horas para descargar y todavía falta la carga a ver cuánto más me hacen esperar enserio pésimo lugar y trabajadores más flojos para descargar
