Walmart Supercenter

I used to give them 5 stars. Not o give them 1 star bc they seem to not care about what customer ask for There is a glass case with a lock. And no one has the keys for it. They called the assistant but no one shows up. I came back after fail yesterday but today also could not get any help to buy what I need If you do not want to sell it why you carry the product as WALMART

They didn't have what we were looking for. But it's a standard walmart... every worker minding their own business, slowly dying inside. Place was fair on the cleanliness. The crowd here is.. interesting. I will say it is one of the safer Walmart's as it has had less recorded events of shootings, stabbings, murders, etc. Fun fact. K bye.

98% dependability w/ grocery delivery or pick-up. Customer service 95% helpful (It was a Walmart policy issue, so you didn't earn a 100%. )Still, even when something goes wrong, your assistants and supervisors are respectful & professional. On the floor staff always helpful.

I visited the Walmart Supercenter in Chattanooga recently to buy a speaker. Honestly, they have one of the best and biggest collections I’ve seen around, especially in electronics and household items. The store is well-stocked and has just about everything you might need. The only downside was at checkout—this location doesn’t accept Apple Pay or Walmart Pay, which was inconvenient. The staff did try to help me, and while their efforts were appreciated, the process felt a little uncoordinated. The atmosphere overall could be improved, but the variety and availability of products really stood out. If you’re looking for a wide selection at good prices, this Walmart definitely delivers. Just keep in mind that payment options are limited.

Worst customer service. Staff at oral hygiene section was so rude. She had long curly hair. She was helping a customer and i happen to go in that section to look for an electric toothbrush. She looks at me and says you need help? I said yes. Then she says to the customer she was helping its hard to do this helping two people at the same time. So i said to her it's ok. I will look for someone else. First of all, i was looking for what electric toothbrush i will buy. I NEVER bothered her while she was assisting someone. She was the one to ask if i needed help. All i did was answer her question. Second of all, it was 9:30 in the morning on a weekday so it was not busy. Walmart needs to train their staff on customer service. Lastly, i left Walmart and went to Best Buy which is less than 5 minutes away from them and bought my electric toothbrush there.

As a combat veteran is pains me to discover Walmart, and all the money it possesses, does not offer discounts to verified veterans. What shame it must be to work for the managing board at their corporate headquarters. Those of us that paved the way for your capitalist uber success should at least be acknowledged and appreciated by allowing discounts at least for Veterans Day. I understand from a business model that discounts year round may not be possible, but one day a year? Walmart, you are a disgrace and I pray no veteran or their families would use your service. Then you’d see now wouldn’t you?

My visit at Walmart was very enjoyable, the staff were very helpful and the store was clean and smelled good. the prices were low enough that I bought a few more items. I look forward to shopping here again.
