Trying getting technical service information from Eric….absolute waste of time.

Wow, just wow…yesterday we arrived well after they closed and a gentleman still opened the door to ask how they could help us. He didn’t know this was our last chance before we were leaving the area, he didn’t know how teeny a part we needed. Those tiny push pins would have a huge impact on our work life. The fellow was gracious, friendly and very welcoming…it was a Friday evening as well! And to just show how amazing Ward’s Marine Electric is, he simply gave us those 5 push pins…and he wouldn’t accept money for it. That’s not the first time we encountered such kind service. On our first visit, we needed to get yet another teeny label cover for a radar switch on our electronics panel. Not only did they just give us their last one, they asked us how living aboard was like and genuinely showed they cared. We’re not one to leave reviews, but along with word of mouth recommendations we wanted to make sure others knew how awesome all the people we’ve met at Ward’s Marine Electric are. Thank you for your kindness and top notch service!

Had a new dash made, it came out amazing Brandy did an incredible job, my boat dash looks brand new, I recommend and I'll use them again

I spent an hour providing Fred with a "tour" of our boat so he could do a proposal for us that he promised in "1 or 2 days." I then waited for a couple weeks (while trying to contact them) and received nothing. After that, I sent a message letting them know I simply had to move on to a different company. Today they charged my card over $500 for consulting services. Never received a thing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
