Five stars is not enough. They need to have 10 stars. Because of this company I can enjoy my pool and get the therapy that I need being a disabled person and the cost associated with this and the level of customer service was extremely exceptional and phenomenal. I cannot thank you enough Jeff and Sue, the electrician, the installer the delivery person. I am a very, very happy person and I thank you so much for giving me some of my life back without this pool heater I could never enjoy my Pool because of my disability. You guys have brought happy tears to my eyes and for that there’s no amount of money and you treated me like I was basically your own Family. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart

We had a great experience with Water Pure from start to finish. Jeff came to the house and took the time to explain the Gulfstream pool heater options and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. He even offered to fix a sprinkler head so it wouldn’t spray the heater. Byron did an awesome job with the install and showed us how to use the Compass remote system. Sue was super helpful with the accounts, and the payment process was easy. The price felt fair for the level of service we got. It’s easy to see why Water Pure has all those 5-star reviews — we’re happy to add ours too.

I was literally so frustrated and going crazy with the constant issues and costly repairs to our Pentair UltraTemp pool heater. After doing research and talking with several seasoned pool technicians, I decided to switch to a Gulf Stream Heat pump. They have a best in class warranty, are locally manufactured, and excel in efficiency, longevity, reliability, performance and compatibility. Knowing that larger pool service / repair companies need to account for their larger overhead, I purposely sought out a smaller family run business that offered this product, had an established track record and excellent customer reviews. My entire experience using Water Pure Pool Heaters surpassed all of my expectations. From my initial contact, Jeff All was quick to respond and make arrangements to come out and look at my existing equipment. He was a friendly, effective listener and was here for quite some time. We discussed the options and what best suited my needs. This was no hard, pushy sales call. It was all about building a good customer relationship. I was very comfortable with Jeff, the provided estimate and my eventual decision to utilize Water Pure as my selected partner. Their communication was quite thorough, keeping me informed as to both the delivery and installation times of the heater. The technician provided was not only amazing he was also friendly, honest and down to earth. He took the time to show and explain several things to me and answered any inquiries I had about potential future action relating to our pump, automation system, etc. He really knew what he was doing. It wasn't BS, just confidence backed by experience. To summarize, if you want a good product, a great price, a solid and honest company, knowledgeable installers, look no further. I strongly recommend their approach to doing business. You truly will feel valued as a customer. Rare in this day and age.

The reason that Waterpure receives so many 5 star ratings is great service with fair prices. They deserve them. My experience with having a Gulfstream heat pump installed was perfect.

Outstanding service by local company installing locally made pool heaters! Got the same Gulf Stream pool heater again after the first one lasted over 13 years! And the replacement was near instantaneous and they made the old one disappear! "All" at a very fair price! Great job by Jeff, Sue and Byron!
