Very knowledgeable in all things to do with music! Rented a saxophone for my son and the whole process was very convenient, quick and spontaneous cuz we didn't let them know in advance that we were coming!

We rented our son’s first violin here for 9 months and had a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming.

Great music store for instruments and accessories, with friendly and knowledgeable staff

During an internet search, I ran across an instrument on West Valley's used/consignment page that I had been looking for. I am from out of state but I checked with the store to see if they would be willing to ship it to me. I communicated with Craig by email and phone to purchase the instrument and have it shipped. It was a great experience! Craig was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend doing business with this store. I wish they were in my back yard!

A true gem in the South Bay! Excellent customer service! I was able to schedule a drop off outside business hours to have my daughter’s clarinet serviced and the result was amazing! This Clarinet is 40 years old and came back looking brand new and ready for 40 more years!

Review on West Valley Music Plus Points: *Good location (along El Camino Real rd. near a bus stop) *Very good quality / varied selections of Pops and Jazz books which I was looking for *Allows free browsing *Stella staff service (no hard-sale. free to browse and ask) There was another staff helping with a flute customer, professionally and patiently. Mine was helpful and friendly throughout too! *Accept foreign credit cards Challenges: *Only one, and honestly not a deal-breaker at all. I had to use the bathroom and the staff kindly pointed out that the lights are out, probably due to the storm? or ? I dont know. It was pitch black with the door closed and i was afraid i might run into a wall or worse... yeah there are worse... LOL. So i improvised! I stuck a stool at the door to keep it ajar and pee hoping no one walks in mid-stream. LOL Thanks West Valley Music! Love your store and will be back, both for the scores and the bathroom!

I really enjoy this music store in general. All interactions I've had have been pleasant and was quickly in and out of the store even when they had a power outage hahaha The owner also helped me out tremendously by pointing me to some community bands to look into I've only lived in CA for a little over a year and thought I'd be playing my instrument at home exclusively, but now I have something to practice up for and look forward to Fantastic store all around
