I had a great experience working with Jacob from Horizon Roofing & Restoration. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting the gutter repairs. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. My gutters are now working perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. A roof is one of those scary things to replace. Super expensive, a lot of shady companies out there, and you may not know there is a problem until years later. I spent a long time researching reviews and asking around before contacting 4 roofing companies. Only 3 got back to me. All 3 seemed pretty knowledgeable and helpful, and all 3 prices were more or less in line. One company priced out a lower brand shingle and was a bit more expensive. Of the 3, Horizon was the most helpful and the most reassuring that they would do a good job. He walked through their entire process and it left me confident they would do things correctly and not cut corners. He also pointed out things like "no matter who you choose, make sure that they do this such and such a way and not this other way because..." and then i read up about it online and agreed with him. And sure enough, the other contractors suggested doing it the other way that would have been wrong but easier. Again, Horizon (Jacob in particular) just put me at ease. They did a great job and were very thorough in their cleanup. You hate spending this much money, but at least at the end you want to feel confident you made the right choice, and we definitely do.

Horizon was incredibly fast and efficient when helping us to resolve a leak that was coming through our roof. Estimate and fix done in <48 hours. Would highly recommend this helpful team. Great and thoughtful customer service too!

Best roofing contractor in Charlotte, hands down! They really know their stuff. Super knowledgeable, and helpful. They are true craftsman! If you are looking for a roofing company that knows exactly how to either pinpoint a leak in your roof or let you know when it is time to get a full replacement they should be your only call! Luke and his team were able to not only come out when I needed them to, but they were able to give me some guidance on whether or not I needed a new roof. They patched a leak, and also were spot on in their timeline of when I needed a new one. AND! they followed up with me on when that was. Great customer service and their crew was also super efficient in helping me navigate the whole roofing claim process. Highly recommend!

We called Horizon to come inspect our roof because we have leaks. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection explained everything perfectly!! He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Horizon!!
