I am so pleased with the work performed by Norman and his crew. The roof is beautiful! Norman thoroughly explained the work needed and the quote. He arrived with his team on schedule. Before removing the old roof, he noticed the vent boxes were missing. He arranged for and picked up vent boxes right away and the roof was completed on schedule. Norman and his team were professional and friendly. I am so happy with my new roof!

I worked with One Solutions to have my roof replaced and my gutters adjusted. I had an awesome experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area! Norman was great and went above and beyond with helping me navigate my first big home project—he answered all my questions and made sure I really understood every step of the process. I'll start off by saying Norm and team were awesome to work with. I had multiple roofers stop by my house randomly to tell me they could see issues with my roof, but I was leery to take the word of "solicitors". Norm was very professional and not pushy at all. He walked me through my options, and as it turns out, I had fairly major storm damage when inspected by my insurance company. Norm was transparent about process and handled all of the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Were were even able to upgrade to a better shingle for no extra cost. I've dealt with quite a few big-name contractors on other projects who seemed professional up front, but in the end hand-off the work to subcontractors and take zero responsibility for errors. In those cases I don't even leave reviews. When I feel the contractor has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and quality work, I make a point of it because business's like this deserve success.

I just want to express how happy I am with the new roof. They installed it in one day just before bad weather arrived. At about 4pm I thought to myself "there is no way they will be able to get all of this cleaned up before dark" well I was 100000000 percent wrong. This crew started early and worked non stop and when they left, you would never have known they had been there (except for the sharp new roof) They did an outstanding job and the price was very fair. I highly recommend. Thank you so much for making our home look great again.
