Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre

Our first time going here. Went to see Kevin Gates The venue is not as big as others but it's nice. Now their security is petty BIG petty so watch yourself. They're too concerned with petty stuff while they should be focused on safety. There are no bad seats here. I would absolutely go back.

Went to see Caamp play here as part of their US tour. My son was drumming for the opening band (Toledo) so it was special for us. I purchased VIP parking , seated tickets , lawn tickets ,lawn chairs and blankets and the parking was directly across the street from the entrance so def worth the extra $. Chairs and blankets being given out right on the lawn. Great venue , lots of refreshments stands all around. Lawn gets very crowded though so be prepared to stay a while if you’re on the lawn. Overall a great venue and evening.

I love this venue and would give it 5 stars if their concessions weren't astronomically high. The sound is great, the viewing area is not small and intimate, but you can stand at the very back and still feel very much a part of the show. Clean, maintained restrooms! Missing the pizza place. Bar right outside with bar food and moderately priced beer. Take 4 shots before you enter and you can probably buzz through the entire show.

I love the size and layout of this venue. I've been to several show before at the nearby Fillmore and Underground, but recently had finally come here and it's a great spot with great views of the stage. I just wish the sunset would cooperate a little more and not be all in my face during the opening acts, but that's not their fault.

Nice and small venue with not a bad seat in the house. There is ZERO cover, so at the complete mercy of the weather. Nice view of the Charlotte skyline while you enjoy a show.

Skyla Credit Union Amphitheater, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a great outdoor venue for catching a concert. They provide ample seating, as well as a grass general admission area. The acoustics were amazing and we had a great view of the stage. Highly recommended!!

Saw Weird Al Yancovic here late July 2025. We got lawn tickets and the lawn setup is a nightmare. It seems like they oversold the lawn because there was no order or space for anyone who arrived later (they shouldn't expect good spots, but there should at least be space for anyone who purchased a ticket). It was over 100 degrees that day and it would have been impossible for EMS to get to someone on the lawn had there been an emergency. The show itself was fantastic (as Weird Al's shows always are) and the staff was super friendly. Bathrooms were clean and the layout for concessions and to just walk around was nice. Plenty of parking lots too close to the venue. I would likely not attend another concert here OR I would splurge for non lawn seating or get there hours in advance to secure a spot. We brought our young children to the show and I would not recommend the lawn for young kids given how overcrowded it was. Concessions are insanely high prices too. Not sure if this is normal everywhere in Charlotte.
