It would have been much better had the employee going in would have held the back door for me being as I had concrete cyls. to bring in. Instead the self centered individual let the door shut/ lock and I had to pound on the door for the next 3 minutes until someone opened it. Not impressed with the courtesy employee. I am with a new client - Transsystems. I certainly hope there will be improvement in this area for all clients for your sake! Have a nice day!
They don't know when they can come to your site, that part is true, but, we will have someone call you today or tomorrow, 3 days later, no call."give me his/her number. You call leave your name and number I will back with you no later than tomorrow.... Still waiting.
