Randy and the entire team consistently go above and beyond. Their expertise is unmatched, they know their craft inside and out, and their customer service is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced at any mechanic shop. From start to finish, they make you feel valued, informed, and confident that your vehicle is in the best possible hands. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical excellence with genuine care, but these guys nail it every time. I will never bring my car anywhere else!

So I got my oil changed, tires rotated and balance and purchased a new battery on 5/29/25. I had been noticing that my car was sounding very loud when I would crank it, but didn’t think anything about it. Also, I had been noticing that when I would push the gas peddle, my car would kind of jerk and not want to pick up and go. I traveled to Philadelphia, MS to visit family on 7/25/25. I had a family emergency on 7/29/25 and was packing heading back to Daphne. My step-father always checks my tire pressure and my oil to make sure I’m good for the trip. When my step father pulled out the dip stick he noticed that it was dry, so he called my nephew out to check the oil and again the dip stick was empty!! I called Pep Boys to speak to Randell and he was off that day, so I explained the situation to Joshua, and he told me to keep all receipts and they would reimburse me for oil that I needed to purchase to get back to Daphne. I was told that he would leave a note for Randell to call me when he got into work on 7/30/25. So, my step-father went to Walmart and purchased some oil to put in my car. My oil was SO low that I had to put 4 quarts of oil in it before it registered on the dip stick!! As I arrived in Daphne around 2:30pm, I pulled into Pep Boys and explained to Randell that I had called yesterday about my oil that I had changed on 5/29/25. I told Randell my story about the oil and told him that my nephew thought maybe the oil filter was not tightened. Randell was VERY rude to me and told me that if the oil filter had not been tightened, there was no way I drove it for 2 months! Then he proceeded to ask me, "what are you wanting me to do about it?" I am just taken back by the way I was treated and basically blamed for what had happen!! I WILL NEVER take anything I own to them again!!! Customers beware!! If something goes wrong, Randell will tell you it’s your fault and does not want to take responsibility for what his people did that day!!!

As a single female with an older vehicle I was happy to get in 2 x same day without an appointment at the Daphne location to have My vehicle serviced. The prices weren’t too bad and the service was really quick. I have been pleasantly impressed with their customer service!! Bravo

Been coming here for years and have even recommended other people bring their vehicles here. I set up an appointment the day before and took a day off work. I arrived early for my appointment just for the guy at the desk to tell me it would be tomorrow before they could even look at it. Never again.

We called 20 minutes before their closing time to ask about getting a flat tire changed. They stayed open late to help us out and didn’t charge the extra mount and other labor costs. Mr. Randy and Mr. Kendall were so gracious and kind. We will be using Pep Boys again!

PEP BOYS provides quality service at a good price. They had a wide selection of new tires in stock and they can get any tire you want within a day. Very pleased

Randy was super helpful. A previous tire company installed the wrong valve stems Pep boys had me in and out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend over Firestone
