I was really impressed with Jared Lafler, Roof Consultant at Roof Lab. Even though I’m not the homeowner, I could clearly see how much effort he put into making sure everything was done right. He was punctual, and I thought it was very thoughtful that he even drove by ahead of time to make sure he knew exactly where our house was so he wouldn’t be late. When he came, he did a very thorough inspection—going into the attic, checking the beams and boards, getting up on the roof, and even marking the problem areas. None of the other roofers we saw did anything like that. What stood out most was how much he went above and beyond. He cleaned out the gutters, cleared off branches and debris, and even trimmed back overhanging tree limbs with permission. That showed me he truly cares about the people he’s helping, not just the job itself. Jared was professional, kind, punctual, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing roof work.

Bradley came out and inspected the roof the day after we called. He gave my home owner a very detailed report and offered assistance with transferring the roof warranty to our buyers. Very professional excellent service would highly recommend RoofLab and Bradley.

Out of eight roofers, Jared was the only one who not only got up on the roof but also went into the attic to check the boards and beams underneath. He carefully inspected everything, took photos and videos, and even marked the bad spots on the roof—something no one else did. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind that nothing was being overlooked. What truly set Jared apart was his kindness and willingness to help. Due to health reasons, my husband and I aren’t able to climb onto the roof to clear gutters or debris. Jared, out of the goodness of his heart, cleaned our gutters, removed branches and sticks, and even used a blower to clear the roof so he could get a true picture of its condition. He also trimmed back overhanging tree branches with my permission—something that would need to be done for any roof installation anyway. None of the other contractors offered or even thought to do this. He also went the extra mile by looking at our attached porch to see if it could be repaired instead of torn down, potentially saving us money. Jared showed genuine care, not just for the job, but for us as homeowners. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Jared Lafler at Roof Lab. Jared Lafler responded to my call to check out some issues I had following recent storms. He was very thorough in his inspection, and didn't try to oversell me on the fix. He promptly scheduled the repair, and his crew showed up right on time to take care of the issues. As a recent widow, I was anxious about the process; but Jared and Bradley assured me that they would take the best care of my roof, which they did. And furthermore, Jared went above and beyond while he was here- he fixed my door lock- AWESOME!
