The best customer service. The nicest people I have found working in a car dealership. I’m so glad I went here. Sales manager and specialist were great. Answered all of you questions, offered us water, and were very patient. The finance person was very nice, they helped us get to the monthly price I was wanting to stay at and was super friendly. And I love my new car.

Andy and Jimmy made me a Tameron customer for life. I was in a buy back situation under the lemon law on another vehicle. Jimmy specifically spent hours even on his day off to work with the reps at GM. He was responsive, professional, and courteous in everything he did. I work in member/customer service daily and I know how important it is. He knocked it out of the park! Andy was my actual salesman. When Jimmy was out, Andy was texting me responding just as quick as Jimmy did. When we went to get the car after weeks of dealing with GM, Andy had things ready to sign and walked us through the car and all of its features like a pro! Also- shoutout to Antonio, who was in finance, he helped us laugh our way through the final steps to what felt Iike had been an eternity. I’m thankful for all 3 of these gentleman and cannot thank them enough! I love my YUKON DENALI ULTIMATE DIESEL! What a beautiful car!

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. By 12:15, they were only just starting to put the oil in because we asked what was taking so long. Absolutely ridiculous. This vehicle was a work shuttle, so now a dozen people are an hour or more late to work due to the dealership’s inability to schedule appointments properly and provide prompt service. They also wasted time by reviewing a number of other items on the vehicle we did not want or ask for (brakes, tires, etc.) which according to them takes 45minutes to an hour. If we could get a 10 minute oil change ANYWHERE ELSE, we would. But unfortunately since it is a 2025 van, we have no other option. The last 2 times we had to get an oil change here, it took at least an hour and a half. I didn’t say anything those times, but 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The dealership clearly has a pattern of poor scheduling and do not respect our time.
