NOVUS Glass of West Eugene (Formerly Speedy Glass)

I had the windshield replaced on my '92 Accord at Novus a little over two months ago (I waited a while to make this review so that I could test for leaks). Since then the car has gone through several rainstorms (and several automatic car washes) and the seal has held tight. The first windshield they ordered actually arrived cracked (so the install date had to be bumped back a day), but once that was over the turnaround time was extremely quick (I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up a few hours later). The guy at the counter was very friendly both over the phone and in person, and while I didn't meet the installer he did an excellent job. I hope I don't have to replace any more windshields but if I do I will definitely come back.

Got my vehicle vandalized. NOVUS has good price and good service, in less than two hours the car was ready to pickup.( they also clean the broken glass inside the car).

Very professional communicated every step of the way was done and just about an hour very quick fast and they also take Apple Pay, which was a plus for me. I appreciate you guys will be coming back for my Jeep to get done. window is very nice clear and they cleaned up after themselves overall, I would recommend to anybody that needs windows or headlights. Anything of that sort

These guys are always wonderful to work with. I've had 4 semi trucks have glass replaced here a total of 5 times. They are always very friendly, prompt and usually finish a quality job quicker than quoted.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my daughter‘s 86 pick up today. We were worried about being able to find a windshield, but they made it super easy. They were really affordable and really Fast 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Great customer service and fast work. Any company interested in improving their customer service should visit this shop and learn the meaning of customer service and how to implement it. I could not be happier with the results of their repair. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. If you need automotive glass work done, do yourself a favor and go to NOVUS Glass.
