I had a great Experience at this Dealership, Alex Cardenas was who helped me the most, i was treated with respect and not pressured into buying something, they did the best they could to get me a good deal, they were fairly quick with getting everything done. Everything was A+ from the sales manager Simone and the financing department. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Overall great experience, would 100% refer any family or friend to the dealership , great customer service, patience, and understand our needs.Leo from sales was great in showing us the vehicles and listening to our interests. Explaining what they had to offer along with his team Alir that was willing to listen to our financial expectations and working with us to close the deal. Leo from finance was great in explaining all the paperwork and services that came with the vehicle and being patient with our understanding of all the documents needed. Days moving forward , Gerardo the director of management that overseen all our paperwork and vehicle was able to finalize and close the deal with us . Which was great to finally hear back and know that our vehicle was ours. Rosa from guest relations manager was great in handling our appointment at services and to follow up on any questions or concerns we had. Overall everyone was great and patient with us.

If you’re thinking about coming here to look at a new vehicle do it!! Their service is amazing! The staff who work here are too! It’s a 10/10. Steven helped me and my mom out after being disappointed with another dealer for selling us a bad car with tons of engine problems! But Steven helped us out by going above and beyond! We got a new 2025 Durango R/T, he was very respectful and honest from the beginning, David helped us score a good deal with the bank! And Leo the finance guy did amazing explaining the contract! I wanted to thank Fontana CDJR for their help this last weekend with the purchase of our new Durango Hellcat. I told the sales rep from the get go that this would take some time because my wife wanted to test drive multiple suvs before she would agree to purchase the Durango Hellcat. The sales rep had no problems with having her test drive a couple used suvs already on the lot, then to have her try a Durango R/T to check the feel. During the whole process, there was absolutely no pressure. They were upfront and honest about all costs, and what they could and couldn’t do. I had already done my research, so I can vouch for this being true. Also when I wanted to discus what they could give for my trade in, they gave me an offer, but were able to go up a little bit more. I felt the offer was good for the trade. When it came to pricing for the Durango, there was no markups. Again, I appreciate everyone’s help.

Our buying experience here was phenomenal. All the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful (especially Josh, he was awesome from the second we met him until we drove off the lot in our new truck). We came in for a test drive and ended up in the perfect truck for us for an outstanding deal. What more can you ask for?
