Pier Sixty-Six

As someone who’s stayed at many 5 star hotels with my 3 kids, this hotel blew me away. The in room dining was better than the Ritz Carlton. The room was so well decorated the beds were extremely comfortable and I love that the suites have the option of having three beds and can sleep six although on the website it says it can sleep only 4. Service was amazing. Everyone was nice and very cool with the kids. Restaurants on site are delicious.

This was our first stay at Pier Sixty Six and will definitely be back again. It will be our hotel every time we are at Fort Lauderdale. Chris at the front desk was so courteous and inviting, everyone we had interactions with were so happy and wanting us to have the best time we could. The restaurants and bars on site are fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and had beautiful views. You will not be disappointed staying here. Thank you for the lovely time!

The epitome of a five-star experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was absolutely exceptional — every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out in every interaction. The property itself is stunning — elegant coastal decor, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, top-tier amenities, and breathtaking water views. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, from the lobby chandeliers to the poolside cabanas. They truly did an incredible job hiring and training their team; everyone was warm, professional, and eager to help. I celebrated my birthday here and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The staff made me feel so celebrated, and every moment felt elevated. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and beyond happy that I chose Pier Sixty-Six. Can’t wait to come back — easily one of the best luxury stays in Florida.

Had the most wonderful stay. This property is immaculate. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. Every restaurant I ate at was exceptional. But the very best part was the kind and professional staff. In particular George at the front desk, wow. They are so lucky to have him!!! I will be back!

We had high hopes for the newly renovated Pier 66. It was a mistake, however, to visit them on Boat Show weekend. The property was definitely not prepared. As hotel guests, it was extremely frustrating to sit for over 20 minutes at two separate restaurants (Nectar and SotoGrande) with nothing but water because the servers clearly didn’t have the support they needed. The servers at Nectar seemed confused and not properly trained. They would bring food out and look around and have no idea where to deliver the food. It was bizarre. Multiple tables around us experienced the same lack of service and after 20 minutes of no food or beverages, we told the manager to close us out. Sotogrande was slammed due to Boat Show events and traffic and the server who helped us never explained that we could order from anyone behind the bar. After the cocktails came out, we waited and waited for him to check us on us so we could put in more food and he never checked on us once. We would've ordered more food but didn't get the opportunity. Despite a really bad experience at the restaurants, we did enjoy our cocktails at Windows and Pier Top. Pier Top has a special, renewed ambience and our server was excellent and so were the cocktails. The Resort Room (king) was very nice although the streaming option would not work despite me signing into it multiple times. The bed was comfortable and the patio balcony was nice. I think we will back on a weekend when they can actually accommodate their hotel guests.

I recently stayed at Pier Sixty-Six Hotel with my family, and I have to say—it was the best hotel experience I’ve had in the U.S. The property is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and every staff member made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet relaxing getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back! Valet parking only ($60/day). Super convenient—just text when you need your car, and it’s ready in about 5 minutes. ✨ If you need to go to the beach they will schedule a shuttle to get you there and back.

Venue is amazing and brand new. Great location. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms and spaces throughout the resort are gorgeous. Food and cocktails delicious but service is slow and the bar staff were completely rude. As long as you can deal with slow service with a hint of attitude from bartenders, you will enjoy this place.
