Waterford Market

New tenant. Love the security of the property. The office staff is amazingly beautiful people. They welcomed me with lots of love and care. Love my apartment layout and the pool view. Also had a maintenance request and they came within 3 hours to fix the problem. And the noise level of the tenant is bare minimum. So much peace and quiet. Feels like you are at a hotel.

***1 Year Update*** I moved to Texas from Chicago and did months of research to find the perfect place that would truly be home when I got here. I was so blessed to find Waterford and connect with Barbra who went above & beyond to cater to every single little detail that I really needed help with for a smooth transition. I was treated so well and moved into my dream luxury apartment building for the first time in my life. My experience here has been out of this world and that is all thanks to the genuinely incredible people here like Barbara, Griffin and the new manager Courtney. I feel truly honored to live in such a well kept, gorgeous apartment building like Waterford and with all things considered, this apartment is by far miles ahead of every single other building in Frisco. This is exactly what I needed to start a new life in Texas and a full year later I honestly do not have a single negative thing to say about this building or the staff, it’s a great place to live. September 2023: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Waterford Market, my entire experience from initial application to signing the lease has been a breeze! I moved from Chicago to Frisco and did extensive research to find a complex that was professional, well maintained, peaceful and community oriented. As soon as I saw Waterford and read the reviews, I was sold. The staff were so incredibly understanding and accommodating with my interstate moving situation and helped me every step of the way without any issues. The absolute gem of this complex is of course Barbara Fields, she is truly a ray of sunshine and the many other positive reviews are a testament to the caliber of company that Waterford is. I had a magnificent experience here and I’m looking forward to many years in this complex. Thank you all!

11/29/24-Barbara was very friendly and informative when we first arrived to tour the apartment complex. She was accommodating and made the process smooth. Barbara responded promptly to our emails. Mason was easy going and friendly on our move-in day. Looking forward to our stay at Waterford Market. I'll be adding pictures/videos soon and will be updating the review in 6 months.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Waterfaord Market for about two and a half years. If it weren’t for needing to move closer to my work, I would happily continue staying here. The community is clean and well-maintained, with great events that bring residents together. The management team has always been responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I especially want to thank Barbara, Stephanie, and especially Mason for all the help and support during my stay. Overall, Waterfall Market has been a great place to call home, and I’m very thankful to the entire team for making my time here such a positive experience.

This is the best apartment complex and community i’ve ever had the privilege to be apart of. Barbara, Mason, and Jessica are always ready to assist me with any questions I have and have helped me many times during my residency here. 10/10 service and would recommend Waterford Market Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to rent and live.

I moved into Waterford Market Apartments in Frisco, TX and the Leasing Specialist & Consulant Barbara F,( she’s awesome) And Mason D. are amazing, personable and easy to deal with. My current apartment that I moved into, has beautiful 14 Ft. ceilings and I love all the amenities and the community. Lastly, the Management Team Jessica & Stephanie made this whole move in process quick & easy. I’m looking forward to lots of fun events and making memories here !
