We had our roof replaced from hail damage and our garage wall repaired (Vehicle accident) siding and brick replaced with Blue Nail. They did a wonderful job, looks better and is better than new! They explained everything they were going to do and the costs before hand which we found was very professional. Blue Nail Roofing replaced our very steep roof in one day today. Eric and his crew are very professional and very skilled. Eric came by several times to check on progress and answer any questions. I submitted an insurance claim for damage to my roof, and it took an extended amount of time for the claim to be completed through insurance. From the first time I met Account Manager Zac Johnson with Blue Nail Roofing all the way through to completion of my claim, Zac was always available, professional and knowledgeable. During the claim process Zac made multiple trips to my house for roof inspections, to meet with adjusters and inspect my roof during and after work was completed. He answered all my questions, and it was clear he has a passion for his work, and it was important to him that every step of the process was completed accurately. Over the course of over 1 year, Zac was always available when I contacted him and was very patient with any questions I had about the process. I couldn't ask for a better roofing replacement experience. Crystal in the Blue Nail office was also very consistent in communicating with me as she coordinated the claim with my insurance company. She was very knowledgeable about claim procedures and was very detailed as she regularly kept me updated. It was such a pleasure working with Zac and Crystal, they made the process very smooth and did a great job.
