360 Fire & Flood

During one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives, 360 Fire & Flood was there to help us see the silver lining. I cannot express how much Mike Post, Jordan Gritters, and the rest of the 360 team helped us throughout the way. Everyone on the team was professional, extremely kind, and took extra care and attention to our needs. Never once did they overpromise and under delivery; They always kept their word and backed that with action. Mike Post was an absolute blessing in leading the project for us and we cannot thank him enough for getting us back into our home. His compassion, attention to detail, and desire to get us back into our home was more than we could have asked for. It truly was the ultimate reassurance that 360 was the right choice. Frank and the crew were also extremely respectful, friendly, and on top of that, do absolutely incredible work! It was reassuring to see individuals take pride in what they do, yet alone, continuously show that throughout the entire duration of the project. We are thrived to be back HOME and we could not have done it without 360.

They did a GREAT job on our project. We had a dishwasher leak that caused enough damage that our entire kitchen/eating area floor needed to be replaced, and our basement ceiling needed to be repaired. From working with our insurance company to the damage cleanup to the floor installation to the final carpet cleaning they were great to work with. The quality of the people they contract with is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I appreciate the service provided during the early morning hours after a vehicle hit my building. I am grateful for their timely response and for putting an initial board up. The people there that day were very nice and one of them even lent me her cooler since my electricity had been knocked out. However, I was told that the crew would return the next day to complete the work and that didn't happen. I called and texted a few times over the following few days and was told the crew was coming but the work didn't get done, and no one followed up. I ended up having to call another company to finish the work in anticipation of rain and in an attempt to keep the critters out. I shared the concerns in this review to the company recently, and no response. The follow-up and communication following the initial contact was very poor. Don't say you're coming if you're not, and if something comes up where you can't come, just communicate. Being "ghosted" was a disappointing experience and only added an inordinate amount of stress on top of an already stressful situation.

Had a leak coming from the wall in my basement, 360 Fire and Flood came in and took care of the whole thing from top to bottom! Everyone who helped us was so incredibly kind and always made sure I knew what they were doing and why. I couldn't recommend a better company, especially when an emergency hits!

Very prompt in responding to us. Crystal and Justice were knowledgeable and quick to solve our problem. They were nice and truly cared about our situation. If I need this type of service again I will only go to 360 Fire and Flood. Thank you, you did good!!!!!!!!!!!!
