She assisted me with changing my account password and guided me through the process of paying my electric bill. Nadine was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable—she made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and easy. Her clear instructions and friendly demeanor truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with genuine care, and Nadine did exactly that. I’m grateful for her help and highly commend her excellent customer service.

Yamique was extremely helpful and patient with me when I called to renew my plan. She gave me the new rate on what my plan would be if I renewed which I did since it was such a great rate. I am still grateful that I found CleanSky, they have saved me a great deal and it seems will keep saving me in the future.
