The Foundry at Stovehouse

The staff here is incredible! I can’t say enough great things about them. They are always so friendly and go out of their way to greet me when they see me, even if it’s just a smile and a hello. The place is also upscale and conveniently located near Stovehouse for shopping, food, and drinks. The Food City just opened next door, which is an amazing addition. They also have two restaurants built into their building, making it even more convenient. The flying biscuit is incredible, and you can walk home after brunch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Foundry at Stovehouse is an amazing place to live! The apartments are beautiful, modern, and comfortable with great layouts and high-quality finishes. The amenities are top-notch and really add to the community feel. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right by Stovehouse, so there’s always something fun to do nearby while still being a quiet, relaxing place to come home to. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always quick to take care of anything that comes up. I’m so happy to call The Foundry at Stovehouse home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

I love having an elevator! The pool is also really nice. I was a little skeptical because it’s shallower than the pool at my old apartment, but that’s completely made up for by the Foundry playing classic rock at the pool instead of the top 40. The location is convenient to basically everything, most importantly a grocery store. I can walk to Stovehouse, Campus 805, and even Lowe Mill if I really push it, and nothing else in town is too terribly far of a drive since it’s right off the interstate. The traffic on governors isn’t even bad! I only have two complaints: the mailroom is a huge hassle to get into, especially if the delivery person doesn’t scan the package in properly. More importantly, my living room doesn’t have a ceiling fan, so I’m having to run the HVAC on "circulate" to keep it from getting stuffy.

Do not move here, beautiful place but save yourself a headache. Staff members don’t stay long. Management has changes 3x times since living here. Technology is a big issue as well. Pet spa hasn’t been fixed in a year and dog park always full of dog poop. Elevators are down weekly my whole 2years of living here

We absolutely love living at Foundry at Stove House! The women in the office are incredible—so helpful, attentive, and truly amazing at their jobs. I recently renewed my lease because this has genuinely been our favorite place we've ever lived. Our apartment is beautiful, and we love the pool and clubhouse. The courtesy officer on-site brings real peace of mind and adds so much value—we always feel supported if any concerns come up. With The Flying Biscuit, Taziki’s, and now a new grocery store with a Starbucks right here in the community, it’s like living in our own little town. We rarely need to leave! And being able to walk next door to Stove House for shopping, music, and dining is just the cherry on top. Huge shoutout to the team in the office—seriously, they make this place what it is. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Wow, the staff is amazing, and the whole property is so upscale! Those three-story townhomes are super modern and cool. I’m definitely renewing my lease!

Avoid This Property at All Costs I lived at The Foundry from March 2022 to August 2023, and my experience was nothing short of awful. Despite being a nonsmoking property, cigarette butts litter the parking lot—many of them left by staff who live on-site and blatantly ignore the rules. The property features a noisy dog park inconveniently placed next to a highway, which destroys any semblance of peace. When I first moved in, there was private security, but that quickly stopped, leaving the ungated community vulnerable to frequent issues. Many entrances to the building are insecure, making it easy for non-residents to enter and loiter. I constantly encountered homeless individuals and other people hanging around who clearly didn’t live there, making the property feel unsafe. The building itself is poorly constructed, with materials so cheap that cleaning the tub felt impossible. A massive crack ran through my building, which they lazily painted over instead of addressing the likely foundation issues. The staff is a nightmare. They don’t answer phones, respond to emails, or provide reliable information about amenities or even basic things like trash schedules. Deliveries to the leasing office are effectively gone forever, and mail is withheld for months, causing significant disruptions. The final straw for me was an incident where three male staff members entered my unit without notice while I was in the shower, claiming they were there to change the air filter. This blatant invasion of privacy led me to break my lease. After moving out, it only got worse. Despite the contract stating that security deposit matters must be resolved within two months, the property didn’t respond for four months. Instead, they suddenly demanded cleaning fees and threatened collections. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and incapable of managing properties. The lack of security, accountability, and basic respect for residents makes The Foundry one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Avoid it at all costs unless you want endless headaches and constant frustration.
