I had an excellent experience with Metro-Rooter! The technician, Chansi P., was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process and what caused the issue with my septic tank. I originally called to have the tank emptied, and Chansi went above and beyond by discussing and implementing preventive maintenance measures to help avoid future problems. I really appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism. Highly recommend Metro-Rooter for anyone needing reliable septic service!

Very glad we called Metro Rooter. Donald, our technician, was very professional and did a great job replacing a broken shower valve. He also gave us an amazing recommendation for upgrading our shower trim. The new plate is a big improvement. We only experienced minimal interruption to our water supply. Also, Donald was very careful to clean up the work area. I highly recommend Metro Rooter and would definitely call them again.

Chansi was amazing!! I had to call for emergency service for my septic tank and he showed up at 4:30 and had my tank back to normal by 5:15. He was professional courteous and so nice! He found my tank in 30 seconds like he can see underground. I will definitely be keeping him on a regular schedule!

We called them on a Saturday, and he was here promptly on Monday to do a septic tank service. He was very respectful, & knowledgeable about our service. Will definitely use them again.
