Thermodyne Service Inc

I just received an attempt to charge my card. I've never heard of this company. I had to lock my card because of previous theft attempts so if it wasn't lock this company would've gotten me.

This company is incredibly overpriced and has tons of hidden fees. They will charge you for their drive time (including to go to the store and buy parts if they come unprepared for a job) and additional labor for every "helper" that they bring with them for the job. They have had to come back multiple times to fix the problem as well. When I called to discuss my bill I had to call repeatedly to get to speak to the person who could answer my questions because they were never there.

The name of this company appeared in a attempt to charge and verify my credit card. Months later, multiple attempts were failed to buy Steam Gift cards

Thermodyne worked on a project that I was commissioning. A very unprofessional John Wheeler was managing the project for Thermodyne. He was not only impossible to work with he treated his own staff as less than human. I’ve been in the craft for 36 years and all I can say to Thermodyne is that I would evaluate the Supervisor and make corrective action to advance in a quality direction.

The name of this company appeared in a failed attempt to charge my credit card. I'd never heard of Thermodyne before and I'm no USA resident.

I called this place for ac repair. The receptionist told me that they dont do residential. I said that Im on your website and it has whole section on Residential services, also that I got their phone number from Carrier to called to assist me. She didnt really know what to say, but took my number...? If your website is not accurate, your resources have you listed as a residential company and you deny both without a good explanation, this leaves me thinking that you are unorganized and unprepared.

Thermodyne is very responsive and keeps systems running well. Whenever there is an issue, they are right there to fix whatever needs to be repaired. I highly recommend Thermodyne!
